yoghurt cake

Ingredients

• 1 pot of yoghurt (small)
• 2 pots of sr flour
• 1/2 pot of olive oil
• 3 eggs
• 1 tspn of vanilla essence
• 2 pots of sugar

Method

Put all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
Put in a graced tray in oven for 20 mins at 160 degrees.
Sprinkle with icing sugar for decoration. Enjoy!
